When time allows, Whitney offers small cheese-making classes from their home. She provides a charcuterie table to snack on while the class covers a few different fresh cheese recipes using both cow and goat milk. The class individual gets to choose which recipe to use and what they can infuse put into or onto their cheese. So many possibilities! Please contact Whitney if you are interested in taking a cheese class.
